Description: High-sensitivity and high-resolution water immersion probe is a key component to improve the C-scan flaw detection capability and detection accuracy. The frequency of the high-performance water immersion probe developed and produced by AD-NDT can be as high as 20MHz. We use the optimized design of piezoelectric composite material wafer and the matching layer material of the foreign products with better acoustic performance, making the probe sensitivity higher than ordinary probe by more than 10 decibels, greatly improving the penetration ability and signal-to-noise ratio of the probe. The 10MHz/Φ6 natural focusing probe we produce can easily detect and distinguish the interface defects of the 0.3mm thick solder layer under the 16 mm thick molybdenum sheet. When using the 10MHz focusing probe imported from a well-known foreign company, the echo signal Interface defects cannot be detected and distinguished even after 30dB amplification.
